Futsu kebari stiff hackle tenkara flies have become very popular in the USA the last few years and this Black FUTSU Kebari is very similar to the tenkara fly Dr Ishigaki uses. You could treat it and fish it as a dry fly but it is meant to be fished as a stiff hackle wet fly. At any rate, it plain catches fish and you will love it!
